How to: Cancellation Report
- Log into your ProctorU Administrator/ Instructor Account
- Navigate to Reports
- Click on the Cancellation Report
- Filter Information (Date Range, Reason for Cancellation, ETC.)
- Export (If Needed)
Note: If canceled by a ProctorU individual, there will likely be a comment under the “explanation” left by the rep.

- Log into your ProctorU Administrator/ Instructor Account
- Navigate to Reports
- Click on the Activity Report
- Filter Information (Status, Service Line, ETC.)
- Export (If Needed)
