When you receive an accommodations request from your test-taker, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the scheduled exam(s) with the accommodations needed. The email should contain the following information:
- Test-taker first and last name
- Test-taker's ProctorU email address
- Accommodation information (ie: extra time, bathroom breaks, permitted use of a screen reader, a person in the room for extra assistance, etc.)
- The name of the exam(s) that the accommodations will cover
ProctorU does not need any information about the test-taker's disability or reasoning for why an accommodation is requested.
NOTE: If you are an instructor with an academic institution, your test-takers may need to first register with your Department of Disabilities, who should provide them with a form to disclose their accommodation request to you.
