    During web-based connectivity testing, my internet speed appears to be 'satisfactory' - albeit slow. I've tested my internet speed 5x now and each time the results are more or less the same. When my connectivity speed is tested during the "Test Your Equipment" session, it is either unable to calculate my speed or my Mbps spontaneously drops beneath the cutoff. See images below. 

    So.. How can I fix this? I've already run antiviral testing, power-cycled the router/computer, and searched for system updates. There are not any other active users on my wifi and I've turned my phone off.
