Eligible for ProctorU refund:
- Advanced cancellation
- Technical issues – Unable to complete the exam
- Exam issues – Unable to complete the exam
The amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the initial payment method.
Ineligible reasons for ProctorU refunds include but are not limited to:
- No show
- Unprepared or does not wish to continue once connected to a proctor
- Failed exam
- Testing Organization/Institution pay exams
ProctorU cannot refund payments made directly to your testing organization or institution. For these types of refund inquiries, please contact the party that received your payment.
