You can reset your password by following the steps below:
- Visit go.proctoru.com and click Forgot your password? or click this link https://go.proctoru.com/password_resets/new
- Provide either your username or the e-mail address associated with your account, then click Submit. If you entered a valid ProctorU account email, a password reset link will be sent.
If you attempted to reset your password but didn't receive an email back from the ProctorU system, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Check your spam folder.
- Make sure you entered the email address associated with your ProctorU account. If you have more than one email address that could have been used when creating your account, try checking your other inbox(es).
- You can use either your email address or your username when submitting a request to reset your password. If one option does not work, try the other option.
NOTE: API and LTI integration based institutions or organizations use their own portals and systems. If this is the case, instructions for logging in are sent directly from your institution or organization.
