Visit go.proctoru.com and click “Forgot your password?” or click this link https://go.proctoru.com/password_resets/new

Provide either your username or the e-mail address associated with your account, then click “Submit”. If you entered a valid ProctorU account email, a password reset link will be sent.
API and LTI integration-based institutions or organizations use their own portals and systems. If this is the case, instructions for logging in are sent directly from your institution or organization. If you need to identify whether or not your institution or organization is integrated, chat with our Support Team!
What to Do if You Did Not Receive the Email to Reset Your Password
If you attempted to reset your password but didn't receive an email back from the ProctorU Platform, try these troubleshooting methods:

Check your spam folder.

Make sure you entered the email address associated with your ProctorU account. If you have more than one email address that could have been used when creating your account, try checking your other inbox(es).

You can use your email address or your username when submitting a request to reset your password. If one option does not work, try the other option.
