- Test Taker Library- this is a comprehensive library with articles to help answer some frequently asked questions.
- Support Chat- you can access the support chat through through the chat function in the bottom right corner of your ProctorU account or by clicking “support” in the Guardian Browser.
- Support Phone- if you’d like to speak with a support agent, click the “contact support team” button in the top right corner of the test taker library.
- Support ticket- you can submit any non-urgent requests to our support team and we will follow up within 24-48 hours. To submit a ticket click the “contact support team” in the upper right hand corner of our test taker library.
