If you are permitted early/late access for an exam, these changes need to be updated in our scheduling system. Your instructor or exam admin would need to send the extension details to our Support team for further assistance.
Extension information must be sent to us from your instructor or exam administrator directly, to our Contact Support Form. It must include your full name, the full name of the test, and the date(s) and time(s) that it will be made available for you. Once we have that information we will get everything set up and contact you with further instructions!
