Below we present a complete list of all ports, IP ranges, and URLs that our solutions utilize for maximum reliability and performance. 

Allowlisting our domains is necessary but not sufficient on Zscaler or similar solutions. SSL/TLS inspection must also be bypassed (not just allowlisted) for all ProctorU and Meazure Learning domains, to prevent the proxy delaying connections and from intercepting and re-signing TLS connections that Guardian cannot accept. For strictest networks, see the minimum port requirements section.

Minimum Required Ports, IP Ranges and URLs

This list is intended for the strictest networks. 

Allowlisting our domains is necessary but not sufficient on Zscaler or similar solutions. SSL/TLS inspection must also be bypassed (not just allowlisted) for all ProctorU and Meazure Learning domains, to prevent the proxy delaying connections and from intercepting and re-signing TLS connections that Guardian cannot accept. 

Network traffic over these ports being blocked will result in consistent failures during equipment testing, failures to connect to an exam session, and/or instability during an exam session. SSL/TLS inspection will likely result in the candidate experiencing an error while attempting to share their webcam, audio, screen in the pre-checks while attempting to make a connection to our video servers. 

LMI is only required for Live+/Review+ service lines.
