Test Center Reimbursement Process and Policies Policies instructions:
Candidates may submit a reimbursement request for the following if their original test was impacted with no advance notification of cancellation from Meazure Learning. Cases of inclement weather-related requests are not reimbursable, given these cases are outside Meazure Learning’s control.
Proof (receipt) must be provided for any reimbursement.
- Hotel/Accommodations (site must be more than 100 miles from candidate’s home)
- Mileage
- Bus, taxi, tolls, and parking.
Loss of wages and/or vacation or sick time are not reimbursable.
Car rentals and all amenities will not be covered under the reimbursement policy.
Finally, requests for reimbursement must be made within 5 calendar days of the scheduled test event. Requests made outside this time will be denied.
The Meazure Learning Support teams will review your request and respond with a decision within 10-12 business days unless further research and/or documentation is required. Reimbursement requests made outside this process will not be accepted.

- What currency is supported? Refunds are only available in USD and CAD.
- My appointment is scheduled for today; however, the testing center is closed. What should I do? Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances require a test center to close unexpectedly. Should this happen, we will make every effort to contact you so you don’t appear at the center. We will try contacting you by e-mail and/or by telephone, so please ensure that the contact information you provide during the scheduling and registration process is accurate. If an unfortunate situation occurs in which we were unable to attempt to notify you ahead of time, your center was closed, and you showed up at the test center, you may request reimbursement for the approved travel expenses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Can I claim for loss of wages? Loss of wages and loss of vacation/sick time are not reimbursable items.
- Is there a mileage reimbursement limit? Yes, Meazure Learning will not reimburse more than 100 miles (total round trip) for any individual request.
