To edit an exam message, you need to do the following:
- Click on the exam.
- Click on Exam Options.
- Select Messages.
This will take you to the e-mails potentially triggered by our system for that individual exam. Anything within the brackets will populate with the information in the test taker's e-mail. On the right-hand side, you can see a list of potential e-mails that could be sent. However, they will only be forwarded if they apply. All of the information can be edited to your needs for each exam.
