How to resolve it
Option 1: Unblock the file via Properties (Recommended)
- Open File Explorer and navigate to your Downloads folder
- Right-click the applet file and select Properties
- At the bottom of the General tab, check the Unblock box -> Click Apply -> then OK
- Find the file in your Downloads folder, then double-click it to launch it again
Option 2: Click "More info" → "Run anyway" (This option may not work in all environments depending on your organization's security policies.)
- In the SmartScreen dialog, click More info
- Click Run anyway
