The Administrator Dashboard provides instructors and exam administrators with information about ProctorU testing sessions across their institutions or organizations. This report will provide key metrics for all exams within your institution and compare them to the averages ProctorU sees across all our proctors.
How to Access the Administrator Dashboard:
- Log in to your ProctorU account.
- Navigate to the Reports tab in the top navigation bar.
- Click on Administrator Dashboard.
NOTE: For all terms, hover over the name and a definition will appear.
The Summary Tab:
- These metrics provide a look into the total completed exams over a certain period of time.
- To customize the period of time you would like to see, click on the Exam Trend Options.
- Sort by month, quarter, week, or day and use the Date Range slider to customize further.
- This view also displays a summary of Key Metrics Compared to ProctorU Averages for Academic Integrity and the Test-Taker Experience.
The Academic Integrity Tab:
The academic integrity tab provides you with a more detailed look at the data we collect for your institution as it pertains to the academic integrity of your exam sessions.
- Unpermitted Resources: The number of sessions where unpermitted materials were identified by a proctor and removed from the testing environment.
- Active Interventions: Any action that is taken by a proctor during an examination. Reasons for intervening include but are not limited to:
- Correcting an action taken by a test-taker that is against exam rules.
- Clarifying an expectation of behavior or exam rules.
- Stopping potential incidents from occurring.
- Confirmed Breaches: The percent of exams with at least one confirmed academic integrity incident identified and verified by ProctorU.
There are many ways you can customize the information you see in this tab:
- To customize the period of time you would like to see, use the Trend Options box to sort by month, quarter, week, or day and use the Date Range slider to customize further.
- If you’d like to view the information related to a specific department or set of exams, click the Department Filter option.
- Use the Broken Out By filter to make this information as granular as you’d like.
The Test-Taker Experience Tab:
The test-taker experience tab provides you with a more detailed look at the data we collect for your institution or organization as it pertains to how your test-takers feel about ProctorU’s services.
- Very Satisfied %: The percentage of test-takers that were very satisfied (5 out of 5 score) with ProctorU.
- Average Start Time: Average time to connect to a proctor, secure the testing environment, and begin the exam (shown in hour:min:sec).
- Tech Issues: The percentage of reservations that experienced a technical issue before or during the exam.
